At PracticaBilling we understand your cost of doing business. We have designed our pricing structure to be comfortable for you. There is an initial one-time set-up fee to join our service. After that we charge for each claim or transaction submitted and for each new patient entered into our system.

Some of the financial advantages of our pricing structure are:

     • your monthly fees are predictable

     • calls to insurance companies (no        matter how lengthy) are included

     • we do not charge to remind you of        treatment plan due dates

     • we inform you of patient co-pays        and benefit limits without cost

To get a sense of our monthly fee, here are two sample estimates, one for an insurance-only based practice and one for an out-of-pocket practice:

The estimates below assume a 45-week year, an average of 25 patients per week and two new patients per month.

  A) Insurance Only – Sample Estimate
      (Assumes all patients are insurance)  
Using the above data, your gross monthly income would conservatively be about $5,720. The average monthly fee with us would be about $187.00.

  B) Out-of-pocket– Sample Estimate
      (Assumes all patients are private pay)
Using the above data and charging your patients an average of $70.00 per session, your gross monthly income would be about $6,562. Your average monthly fee with us would be about $230.00.
